For once in my life, i feel ready for the responsibility!
I know right. Who Callie? Actually being responsible?!?!
Try not to fall out of your seat.
But what i like about Jesus is that He's sooooooooo near. When I need Him most especially.
And for once in my life, I feel like I'm ready for this. I feel like I can take on the world.
Or at least RA training.

And another thing, I have great friends. Honestly, I missed American College culture. Where you can have a blast hanging out all night with a bunch of people you've met maybe twice. And make random Wal-Mart runs (at ten at night this time mom! ; D )
I have this determination that I've never had before. I guess it's that I wasn't happy being lazy, and it didn't get me anywhere that exciting, so why not try this whole discipline thing. We'll see how it goes, but I'm sooooooooo excited about this semester!
And for the first time in my life, I feel like an adult. And somehow that makes me feel like I can do this after all.

YOU CAN DO IT CALLIE!! you're so ready for this! i'm so grateful that God gave you a time of near-desperation this summer in regard to what you can and can't handle on your own--that will make being responsible at school so much more natural. be ready--i'm going to ask you how you're doing! i'm glad you're back!

OMG! I juuuust remembered that I had an xanga account. Like, seriously, I had completely forgotten... Gosh I'm sorry! I just got all those comments you left back when you were worried about... umm... Mr. W... I AM SO SO SORRY!!!!!!!! Did I even reply to the email you said you sent after those comments? Now that I have facebook AND myspace it's hard enough keeping up with those... And you're my only friend actually using xanga. But you have facebook and myspace as well so I suppose it doesn't matter. But now I feel BAAAD that I didn't help you!!! I sorry... Post a comment on facebook because I'm sure I won't check xanga again for another year or so :)
